ORDERS, INSPECTION AND RETURNS
Items are typically shipped within 2-5 working days after your order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays) and packaged with great care. Please inspect your products upon delivery, as you have 10 days from receipt of the products to return them if they are defective and do not conform to applicable specifications. If you don’t notify Precious Finds within 10 days you will be deemed to have accepted it. You are responsible for shipping costs for returned products, and all returns must have a prior authorization from Precious Finds and must be received by Precious Finds within 30 days of your receipt of the products. All authorized returns will be refunded minus the shipping costs. Precious Finds will not be responsible for any product damaged after and during delivery.
DOMESTIC
We use Canada Post standard post and packed with great care. If you would prefer an alternative method please indicate shipping method (routing) when ordering, Please note we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail.
INTERNATIONAL
First Class Small Package: Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees for international shipping. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations and are payable by the buyer. For any additional information refer to your local customs agency.
Sometimes, packages may take a few days less or longer to arrive, depending on customs on both countries (country of departure, country of arrival).
*Returns / Claims
Your satisfaction is our main concern. We understand that you can change your mind about a purchase. While we do not accept returns on damaged items due to shipping under any circumstances everything else may be returned and refunded to your original form of payment minus the price of shipping and Paypal fees. In the case of an error our part example we ship the wrong item, then we will refund you 100% plus shipping cost.
To arrange a return on an item, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the package. All return item(s) must be returned in original condition, packaging and shipped with tracking information. After 10 days of receipt, all sales are final.
No claims allowed unless made within 10 days of receipt of goods.
Authorization is required prior to sending back any item. We will not accept returns without written return authorization (RA) to obtain a return authorization (RA) number simply press the Contact tab on our site.

Leave your transaction number and your contact information.
Our Returns Department will contact you with your RA number.
Mark the (RA) number on the outside of the package.
Supply a copy of your invoice.
No claims allowed unless made within 10 days receipt of goods.
All merchandise returned must be in original packages without additional markings.
