We accept Paypal it is safe and you don't need to have a PayPal account to pay with any major credit card via PayPal

Where do you ship from?
Montreal, Canada the city with four seasons, fall being my favourite and winter being the coldest and longest season.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs and duty charges that may apply to international orders.

Do you accept orders placed out side of Canada and the US?
Yes of course! We sure do! Please contact me before you place your order so that I can calculate the shipping rate for your location.

What is your method of shipping?
Standard Canada Post is the most economical shipping method to ship your order however, no tracking number is provided. Should you prefer a tracking number kindly request one before finalize your order so that I may advise you of the additional mailing cost. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs and duty charges that may apply to international orders.

What is your return and exchange policy?
Your satisfaction is our main concern. We understand that you can change your mind, while we do not accept returns on damaged items due to shipping under any circumstances everything else may be returned and refunded minus the price of shipping and paypal fees. To arrange a return on an item, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the package. All return item(s) must be returned in original condition, packaging and shipped with tracking information. After 10 days of receipt, all sales are final. YOU MUST CONTACT US BEFORE SENDING THE ITEM BACK. PLEASE NOTE WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST ITEMS.
